- Delivery times may vary depending on location, product availability, or customs clearance.

5. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- To request a return/refund, please contact us with proof (photos/videos).
- Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once approved.

Return and Refund Policy
At SnapUp Hub, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligible reasons for returns include:
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product
- Product not as described
- Wrong item received
- To start a return, please contact us via our Contact Page with your order number and photos of the product.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return request, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
3. Exchanges
- If you prefer, we can replace the item with a new one instead of a refund (subject to product availability).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or customization reasons, including:

- Items marked as Final Sale
